The KDE development team today shipped version 4.2.1, a bugfix release for its desktop, otherwise known as “Cream”. The main beneficiary of the improvements were Okular, the document reader, Kopete, the instant messaging client, KMail and KHTML which got its usual slew of fixes, optimizations and improvements. Cream is one of the scheduled monthly maintenance releases from the KDE team.
